Hello Cera,

yes, this should be okay as long as both line data have the exact same timing parameters.

Even with different datatype in one virtual channel id, right? If so, which DT and VID loaded in Reg0x61 CSI_PKT_HDR_VC_ID? Thanks!

Hello Cera,

There are two methods to interleave the transmission of different image data formats: either using the Data Type, or using a different Virtual Channel Identifier

And since those packets are per line, so each line will have different DT or VC-ID. Please see below figures. For more information, please refer to the MIPI CSI-2 Specification Document, Version 1.3, Section "9.13 Data Interleaving".
