yes, this should be okay as long as both line data have the exact same timing parameters.

There are two methods to interleave the transmission of different image data formats: either using the Data Type, or using a different Virtual Channel Identifier
And since those packets are per line, so each line will have different DT or VC-ID. Please see below figures. For more information, please refer to the MIPI CSI-2 Specification Document, Version 1.3, Section "9.13 Data Interleaving".
