SN65HVD1781: Curve tracing abnormally on RE pin

There are spikes on RE pin of PNSN65HVD1781DR from curve tracing tests. Are these spikes normal? Please see the attachment. Do they mean these parts are compromised? If they are ok, what caused the spikes?

To be clear, the X-asis is voltage applied on RE pin and Y-axis is current reading

Hi Yan,

Can you please share the part markings from the devices with the abnormal curve trace.

Also what is the test setup for the device during the curve trace tests? Is the device powered or unpowered?
