I'm wondering if there is some information available regarding TID and SEE for the reference part, either from test results or analysis.

    Hi Andrés,

    No we do not have TID/SEE reports for this part - it doesn't seem like it is a rad hardened device so that's most likely why it wasn't subjected to tests. For Rad Hardened parts we do usually include more information.
