Hi there,

We would like to know the dimensions of the TCAN1043-Q1 SOIC package that are not listed in the datasheet.

Please answer the dimensions A to C described in the attached file.

If there are no dimensions, we would like you to present the measured values.

    Hello Keiji-san,

    A.   This would be these two values subtracted from each other divided by two. So 0.6 - 0.5 mm.

    B. I will have to check with my packaging team. Why are these values needed?

    C.  This would be these two values subtracted. So 1.5 - 1.65 mm

    I will answer your questions below.

    Because I would like to understand the difference between the packaging of this product and other companies' products.

    However, since dimensions A and C were the same, I assumed that dimension B would be the same.

    Therefore, this issue will be closed.
