Looking for a CML to CMOS converter

Due to tight jitter requirements in and EMI environment, I am planning to use an SFP+ transceiver to synchronize the clock on two of my boards. The SFP+ avoids any EMI sensitivity or interference and has low jitter transfer attribute.

The clock on my board is CMOS, I can not find any devices that would convert my CMOS clock to the CML that is required by the SFP+ transceiver; and then vice versa on the partner board convert CML back to CMOS. The only part I could find is SN65EPT21D and I am not sure if this is CML compliant. Any help is greatly appreciated.

To convert CMOS to CML, you can use any CML repeater (e.g., SN65CML100) and drive its input with the single-ended signal; see How to Use a 3.3-V LVDS Buffer as a Low-Voltage LVDS Driver. It's likely that you can do this directly with the SFP+ transceiver's input.

To convert CML to CMOS, you should be able to use any LVDS receiver, e.g., DS90LV012A/DS90LT012A. See DC-Coupling Between Differential LVPECL, LVDS, HSTL, and CML.
