DP83640: In my PCB, the SPPED light is on and the other two lights are not working

Dear Engineer:

I am working on a project to achieve PTP1588 clock synchronization using MCU+DP83640. I have drawn the first version of PCB board, and its schematic diagram is shown in the picture. Now, I have encountered some problems, which are described as follows:

1. It is the first time for me to use LWIP for external network connection, so I choose STM32CUBEIDE for configuration;

2. I can't Ping my computer successfully.

3. The SPEED light of DP83640 is on, but the other two lights are not on, I don't know how to solve it.

I hope to get your help. Of course, I will spare no effort to learn the application knowledge of chip and finish the project as soon as possible.

In the pcb, PHY1_PWRDOWN_NTN and PHY1_RESET_N pins are configured to high level by MCU, and PHY1_X1_Tmp pin is an OCXO of 25MHz. I would like to configure DP83640 in MII mode

Hi Zhixue,

It is odd that the speed LED is on and other LEDs are off. I think we should read a few registers to understand the status of the PHY.

Can you please read the following registers?

0x0001 (this register gives you the link status of the PHY). Reading this register multiple times helps.
0x0010 (PHY status register)
