Hi Expert:

we are verify TCAN1044-Q1 Wake-Up Pattern(WUP) test , but we found WUP just only sent one filtered dominant pulse + Waiting for filtered Recessive then RXD already response before BUS send 2'nd Filtered Dominant behavior . I attached waveform which include CAN diff (VCANH-VCANL) as Red line , STB as purple line, and RXD as Green line waveform. May I know what's the root cause the RXD response not follow WUP procedure?

Is it possible to see a zoomed in waveform? Where the arrow is pointing I see a very small gap but I can't tell if RXD is actually pulsing low at that point. In the following RXD pulse, this would indicate a wake event as it is happening after 1.6us of the second dominant signal in the WUP.

Roy,

This is expected, the first dominant lasts long enough to be considered part of the WUP, then there is a recessive pulse, then the RXD pulses low after the second dominant pulse clears the timing threshold. The WUP feature is working correctly in the customer system, was the customer expecting something different?
