AM26C31: AM26C31 Voh

I’m looking for TI line driver AM26C31Q chart to show Voh as load increases? Any info showing output stage of the signals? is the using any internal push pull logic? 

  • This device indeed has push/pull outputs; see figure 7.

    As an RS-422 driver, it is designed to generate a voltage drop of at least 2 V over a 100 Ω load. So the behaviour at higher output currents is not relevant, and thus not specified.

    It's possible to measure this, but there are no guarantees:

    The driver outputs are shown in figure 7

    With RS-422 there should be a 100 Ohm resistor as the differential load and there is a guarantee of 2V across the 100 Ohm  over rec. operating conditions. Different loads are not advised. That is why different values are not included.
