Hi,

What is the difference between MAX3232 & MAX3232E? Can I use the IBIS model of MAX3232E for MAX3232? If not, please share IBIS model for MAX3232.

The E suffix implies more ESD testing. I do not know if both devices use the same die, but in any case RS-232 is a slow protocol, so they should be similar enough.

As Clemens said, the difference is in ESD testing level. The MAX3232E IBIS model will work for MAX3232.
