DP83826I: DP83826IRHBT with the STM32H733VGT6 over the RMII interface

DP83826 is not in particular validated with STM32G733VGT6.

If STM32G733VGT6 is compatible with RMII standard and if you can meet the interface timings in datasheet, you can use it with DP83826.

Can we use common reset (manual as well as watchdog) for controller and ethernet or do we need to assign the ethernet reset pin to the GPIO of the controller (STM32H753VIT6)

Is there any timing conflict. ( Given 200uS debounce given at the ethernet side (can vary as per your suggestion))

It is always better to have both options to have better flexibility. You can have an or function between the controller reset and reset from controller through GPIO.
