DP83867IR: DP83867IR LED issue

Hi Sir,

We use DP83867IRPAPT, when the Host uses tftp to transmit data, it will cause the DP83867IRPAPT's light to go off. Try to modify the LED Blink Rate, the problem still exists.

The lights are controlled by LED pins.
In the video, the first 23 seconds are the behavior of the light signal when it is inserted, and the 23~43 seconds are the behavior of using tfpt to transmit data.
How to solve the problem that the light signal is constantly off during transmission?

Hi Taylor,

I guess the LED is blinking as the device is trying to link-up and drop the link.

Can you stop any packet transmission from the MAC and try to check if the LED is stable?

I reiterate once again, the video 1~23 seconds, as you describe is the stage of establishing a connection, the LED flashes normally,
The problem occurred after the video 23 seconds, and started to use "tftp" to transfer data. I think the DP83867IR is working under heavy load, causing the light to go off, but generally the normal behavior of the LED, the normal working behavior of transferring data is 2~5 Hz flashing.

Hi Taylor,

When the link is stable and there is no data transfer, we expect the LED to be constantly on.

Before starting the data transfer, can you please read the register 0x0001 multiple times? Once we are sure that the link is stable, we can look into the functioning of LED.
