DP83TC812R-Q1 does not support boundary scan.

There are discussion on boundary scan support for 811 and mentioned it has JTAG BSDL Model - does 812 have this model and can this support boundary scan?

Yes, DP83TC811 does have JTAG and boundary scan support. All devices other than DP83TC811 do not support JTAG functionality and hence corresponding pins have been removed.
