Are there any way to simulate Equalizer? I think IBIS model does not support EQ simulation.

These are older products and IBIS-AMI modeling for EQ simulations is not available. We do have IBIS-AMI model for DS25CP104. Here is a link to the DS25CP104 data sheet:

They needs Frec vs. S21(transmission loss) specification data including PE/EQ consideration instead of IBIS-AMI simulation model.

Do we have it to show?

Because we might not have specifications regarding EQ/PE on datasheet.

IBIS-AMI file modeling allows transmission line insertion loss - SDD21 - and additionally allows user to specify EQ gain and de-emphasis levels as well. These are part of the IBIS-AMI model for DS25CP104. 

Additionally please let us know the end application or a block diagram so we can have more info about this application.

What is the difference between -104A and -102/114 regarding simulation?

These are different designs. 102/114 parts are much older parts and different designs. The main reason we suggested DS25CP104A is because this part is much newer and we do have IBIS-AMI model for the signal integrity analyses - unlike 102/114.
