TUSB2036: HUB not detected

Hi,

I used the TUSB2036 to connect two downstream port to the CPU. In the last version, I forgot the 15K pull down resistors. With manual assembly of these resistors, the problem resolved. I made a new version of PCB, but now the USB hub doesn't detect at all. Any idea about why, with same software and CPU, it is not working?

Hi,

Can you please share your schematic?

Is the hub being recognized by the CPU?

I would first check the clock input and make sure the full speed hub is configured for the correct clock source (6 MHz or 48 MHz) and that the clock source is active. I would also check reset circuit and timing as well as the first step.
