Good day. I am posting this inquiry on behalf of the customer.
"I have been experiencing a very high failure rate using this part in a 3.3 volt system. The signature of the failure is an extremely high current draw (600 ma) in the form of pulses at about a 20 - 50 usec period from the 3.3 Volt supply. This causes an oscillation to occur in the 3.3volt power supply. the oscillations only occur when the suspect chip is in the On and enabled condition. Have you ever seen this type of problem, and how can I solve this? Pls. respond, I am desperate to find a solution"
