TUSB2036: Verifying on the Host Device

Hi,

1. Are DP0 and DM0 pins dedicated to the host device?
2. If the host device is a tablet, can the device connected to the Downstream port be checked from the tablet by the device manager?
3. Is there a notification (signal) from TUSB 2036 to the Host when a device is connected to the downstream port?

Yes to all three.

This is how a hub works, and is required by the USB specification.

Regarding the communication (signal) from TUSB 2036 to the host, is there anything I should be aware of when designing a circuit?

No; all communication happens through normal USB packets.
