Regarding TCAN1043A-Q1 and TCAN1043G-Q1, nFAULT is high impedance when VSUP < UVSUP?

Hirata-san,

That is correct. If VSUP < UVSUP then the device is considered powered off. The nFAULT pin would be considered high impedance:
