I am not sure I understand the question you are asking, can you clarify what it is you are asking about? 

For the eye, since this is a measurement of the DSI CLK, as long as it meets the specs found in the datasheet regarding eye height, clock jitter and DSI receiver, it should be fine.

        We'are wonder to know if there is missampling when you sample the rising edge or the falling edge?

Are you seeing any issues in your system? Since this is a measure of the DSI signal into our device, I recommended referring to the MIPI-DSI specifications to ensure the DSI source is adhering to the requirements.
