I was wondering if I could get thermal information for the SN65LVDS22PW, such as Theta JB and Theta JC.

We don't have thermal resistance junction-to-case/board for this device.

Hm, ok. Would it be reasonable to believe the thermal resistances are similar to that of the SN65LVDS122PW device?

Hello Wyatt,

These are two completely different devices with different functions and we shouldn't compare them. The theta-ja for both devices can be found by taking the inverse of the derating factor on page 4 of the datasheet.
