SN65DSI86: Need register details for SN65DSI86

Do we have more detailed documentation for the registers than what is in the SLLA425–August 2018 SN65DSI86 Programming Guide?

It seems registers 0x93, 0x94, 0x95 for example could provide something like pre-emphasis and SSC…, but not all the bits are described in this documentation.

I need to tweak the signal for a better eye opening so a tuning guide would be great.

Also I see a few errors in what is described, do I have the latest guide?

Zach, This is a nice spreadsheet, however it doesn't address the signal integrity registers, My customer did double check their settings and the spreadsheet did help but they're still facing issues with the DP link Training.

They only see the Semi-Auto training being described, is there other documentation to help try the manual training or fast training?

I am not sure that I understand the exact details of the problem. If you are more comfortable sharing more specific details internally, please start an internal thread with exact details of the symptoms of the problem, signal integrity register readings and any other supporting data that has been collected.

In the meantime, I will ask around internally to see what additional documentation may be useful to resolve this issue for you.
