DS90UB954-Q1: FV/LV and Vsync and Hsync

Hi Expert,

954 work pair with 933. As you can see below, FV/LV correspond to Vsync and Hsync. For proper working, the polarity of FV/LV has to be identical with Vsync and Hsync, right? Thanks.

Hi Elec,

Apologies for the delay, we're holding training here in Santa Clara this week so we're quite busy. The FV and LV polarity are actually configurable in register 0x7C[1:0] which is included in the DS90UB954 datasheet as can be seen below.

Is there any clarification I can make here?

Yes I know the polarity is configurable. My question is, in order to work properly with 933, the polarity of FV/LV has to be identical with Vsync and Hsync, right? Thanks.

Hi Elec,

The polarity here will depend on the FV/LV polarity from the imager. Do you know what imager is used at customer side?
