JEDEC document JEP155 states that 500-V HBM allows safe manufacturing with a standard ESD control process.
Most parts mention HBM / CDM immunity in some way or another.
But the following devices don't have even a mention of 500V HBM immunity.
Can you confirm the HBM / CDM immunity for the below parts please?
