I received questions from the customer.
1. Is it correct to understand that all pins used for HW straps (Strap0-10) are internal pull down?
2. As for the pins for LED lighting, is it correct to understand that VDDIO is output when ON? (not an open collector, right?)

Thank you for your patience.
In Table 6-1 you can find the Strap Pins. PU is Pull up and PD is Pull Down.
E.g.
They are in that state during strap latching [reset phase]. Otherwise, during the functional mode these pins are the output pins, hence logic is dependent on their chosen function.
