I have this document. As I stated in my first comment, I have done the settings as per this User Guide. Instead am getting the error, Clock ticks not generated by RX AMI. This document is in referring the ADS Simulation setup. I have done the simulation on HyperLynx.

Thanks for the update. In general we will use only HyperLynx tool. Just a suggestion, It will be so helpful if you can support for the HyperLynx as well in future.

Irrespective of ADS or HyperLynx. As warning is with respect to AMI models. I think we need to target on AMI model which is unique for both. Can you Please check and confirm whether RX AMI is modeled to generate the Clock ticks.

AMI model will only have the SGMII Pins functional for simulation

Try the ADS Simulation, if ADS tool also gives clock tick warning, then you can ignore and only focus on Eye Diagram.
