We need to feed output from ds90ub914 to two different ic. Can we use ts3dv642 to switch between the two receiving ic?

What’s the difference between ts3dv642 and ts3dv642-q1? Are they interchangeable? Q1 is out of stock now. Can ts3dv642 be used in all applications where ts3dv642-q1 can be used? Can it be used to switch MIPI signal? It’s not listed for ts3dv642

Q1 is for auto device. You can not replace Q1 with non-q1 device unless it's not for auto application.
