AM26C32: Switching characteristic and Skew

Part Number: AM26C32

Hi,

AM26C32I datasheet shows tPLH/tPHL as 9 ~ 27 ns. Is it possible to happen to one of output has 9ns and another output has 27ns? (e.g. The 1Y output has 9 ns but the 2Y has 27 ns..)

And the datasheet doesn't show the Skew. Is there information?

Regards,
Nagata.

  • Hi Nagata,

Extremely unlikely for that to happen. We don't have skew data for this part - but the variations in propagation delay overall are driven by temperature - so while pulse skew will increase with temperature it shouldn't be min/max conditions and in most likely cases should < ~5ns - 10ns in the worst case.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Best,

    Parker Dodson
