DS34C86T: DS34C86T spice model

Is there a spice model for this device?

I have only found its IBIS model

I converted it to spice using  intusoft converter but not compatible..

any suggestions?

    Hi Fausto,

    The IBIS model will not convert over to a PSPICE model easily as there isn't really any architecture captured in the IBIS model.

    In general we don't have many spice models for RS-232 / RS-485 / RS-422 (or similar ) devices- unfortunately this is one of those cases. The best option is if possible to use a program like ADS or Hyperlynx (or something similar) to run the IBIS models in spice like simulations.
