Hi team,
When auto power-down, how much is the Icc when EN is High or Low?
I'd like to know if the Icc changes when the receiver is Enable or disable.
Sincerely.
Kengo.

Hi Kengo,
So it should be between 1uA(typ) and 10uA(max) in general as long as there isn't a load. If the /EN has a strong logic 0 or a strong logic 1 applied to its pin w.r.t. ground (where strong 0 ~ GND and strong 1 ~ VCC) the ICC current is going to be similarly low in both cases - and would be captured in the original specification.
That being said - if there is current draw from the 'R' Pin - let's say that /EN is held low the RIN pins are at an invalid voltage level - the R pin output will be high - so any output current is being directly sourced from ICC.
In general though the /EN control circuit's current is captured in the original specification because as long as its not loaded the current draw should be about equal on both the /EN = VCC and /EN = GND cases. Any loading / current draw on the "R" pin will increase the supply current requested because that's where the output current would be sourced from.
If you have any other questions please let me know!
Best,
Parker Dodson
