Our customer has requested a schematic review.
Could you please review if there are any defects in the schematic?

Also, is my understanding correct that the pull-up resistance of the EXTMEM pin is unnecessary?

Is this supposed to be a bus-powered or a self-powered design? BUS_PWR pin being low means it is a bus powered design.

If this is a bus powered design,

Confirming that there is enough current from the upstream port to power the hub and the downstream devices without any drooping on VBUS (<4.5V)

Meeting the USB 2.0 max current requirements of 500 mA per port.

I checked BUSPWR logic level.

BUSPWR = H (self power) is correct.

Are there any other corrections in the schematic?

Why do they use PWRON1 to control the VBUS for the second port?

I would also recommend using external power-management devices, such as the TPS20xx to provide VBUS for the downstream device. The TPS20xx provides the ability to control the 5-V power source switching (on/off) to the downstream ports and to detect an overcurrent condition from the downstream ports individually or ganged.
