Hi Team,

My team reported a strange issue form our customer:the screen display will split into four parts with a very low probability, even we can not reproduce this issue in our office.

I do not how to upload a video file to E2E, so I can only upload some screenshots.

1:First, the module was running normally,then the user clicked the screen.

2:The screen splited into four parts.

3.The screen would reset automatically and the display became normallly again.

I really can not understand why it will happen, can you give me some suggestion about this issue?

    Hi Yunxuan, 

    Can you provide more details on the system? What is the serializer and deserializer? Are there any register dumps and configurations you can share when the display shows this behavior? 

    Is this a specific area of the screen that the user clicks that will do this split or any clicks to the screen. Please provide as much information as you can as it will give us more context clues.

    Sorry for delay,the ser is ds90ub947-q1 and the de-ser is ds90ub948-q1,I had asked my colleagues and found we did not get back the bug module yet.

    There is no any area can be click to do split. I very sorry I can not provide more details now. When I get back the bug module, I will ask for help again.
