Replace tcan334gdcnr with tcan330gdcnr. Without this function, 334G PIN8 is connected to GND.

Is tcan330gdcnr also connected to GND?

Yes, there is an internal pull-down on pin 8 of the TCAN330 as well. It will serve the same function as leaving pin 8 open on the TCAN334. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
