Sharing one 10/100-Base PHY channel by 2 connectors

Shared by 2 connectors as in the same signal being fanned out to two connectors?

If so, what is the use case for this?

Actually it's not at the same time ... either one, either another.

Does TI portfolio have a demultiplexer matching this issue?

Could you provide a Block Diagram?

Two connections cannot be done at the same time, only 1 connector can be connected to PHY at a time. A place holder on another location on the board could be disconnected by a 0 Ohm resistor, but would need to be manually switched.
