Hello,

I found some similar posts, but I want to confirm.
The datasheet recomends to use 200Kohm for the external pull-up resistor on ID pin.
My customer wants to use 220Kohm from E12 standard instead of 200K ohm.
Is it acceptable?

And I believe that this resitor value is valid for all VDD range, 2.7- 5.0-V. Correct?

The datasheet does not specify a minimum or maximum value.

V_OL has been measured with a resistor with the value (V_CC − 0.4 V) / 1.6 mA, which is between 1.4 k and 2.8 k. The resistor should not be smaller than that, and it should not be so large that the leakage current (I_{ID_LEAKAGE}) generates a noticeable voltage drop.
