SerDes recommendation inquiry

Hi, TI expert

Currently, a customer is using MAXIM's SerDes in a cluster, and there is a recommendation for TI SerDes.

SerDes product names of MAXIM in use are as follows.

- MAXIM part : MAX96735 (serializer)  /  MAX96752 (Deserializer)

- request : 2port LVDS => 2 outputs (2 same screen or 2 different screens)

1. Problems when using MAXIM's SerDes : Ground shaking problem occurs due to static electricity, and the signal is lost and the LCD flickers in the process of recovery

Are there any SerDes that TI would recommend?

    Unfortunately, none of the above two devices have information publicly available online so we cannot make a recommendation.

    If you can share your application details for what you are trying to do, then we may be able to suggest a suitable device from the TI portfolio to match that instead.

    Nevertheless, from the little details that you have provided, I think you are looking for a dual LVDS input SER to be paired with a dual LVDS DES. If I am not mistaken, then the right devices for you could be:

    DS90UB947 (Serializer) -- DS90UB948 (Deserializer)
