Part Number: SN65HVD1794

Our customer GREE wonders the max value VOH of SN65HVD1794 but there is only type value of it. Could you please tell me the max value of VOH ? Thank you.

It should be about half of the typical voltage drop (i.e., V_CC − 0.15 V). But you can simply assume V_CC.

Hi Skylar,

Clemens is correct - max is a bit under VCC with the conditions - if very low current (<<8mA - i.e. load is high impedance) the max value will be equal to appx. VCC.
