TUSB8041: External Oscillator Input Requirement

Part Number: TUSB8041

The TUSB8041 runs off of 3.3V and 1.1V.
But when using a single-ended CMOS clock, it needs to be 1.8V according to the datasheet.
This requires a separate supply just for the clock.

1) Does an internal LDO generate 1.8V internal from 3.3V rail?

2) If not, can 3.3V be used for the clock signal?

3) Is there a known external divider circuit to step down a 3.3V clock source to 1.8V maybe using a voltage divider / capacitor divider?

4) ABS MAX in datasheet shows 2.45[V] so I'm assuming internal LDO and there are clamping diodes...right?
