DP83848I: PFBIN1 pin impedance abnormal

Hi sir,

We have meet DP83848 issue, schematic as below.

if using ethernet function is ok, but we found PFBIN1 impedance abnormal after we provide power via POE.

PFBIN1 normally impedance ~16.33kohm, after we provide power via POE, it drop to 1.476kohm, seems some area has been damaged.

Would you please check below schematic is correct? or any wrong may cause this issue?
