Hi Team,
Our customer is currently looking for the thermal pad drawing as mentioned in the endmost part of the SN65DP141 datasheet (shown below):
We've tried sharing the footprint information given in the ultralibrarian portal in reference to the original post but the customer observes that it does not match the datasheet recommendation. It is said that the footprint should include at least 15 vias, while the Ultralibrarian footprint doesn't include any via. Furthermore, since we don't have any drawing from TI, we are not sure that the dimensions of the pad are OK. Can we ask for your assistance to check on this?
Can we also ask for the actual separate drawing mentioned in the datasheet? Thanks in advance!
