Hallo,
because of having an 1.8V MII interface I replaced the DP83848K with the DP83826I.
To keep the layout changes as low as possible I want to keep the magnetics H1102 and the jacks already used in the design.

Could you recommend a connection circuit of the PHY - magnetics - Ethernet jacks?
Unfortunately, I didn't find any application note regarding this.

    Hi Josef,

    You can refer to sections 10.2.1 and 10.2.2 in the datasheet.

    Even though H1102 is not specified in the list of magnetic tested with DP83826, H1102 looks to be meeting all the magnetics specifications in the datasheet. So, you can use the magnetic.

    Please note that center tap connections might have to be changed from those of DP83848 to those of DP83826.
