Now my customer used the HD3SS3212-Q1 in the USB charge BOX, but there is currently a problem with customer feedback: When the chip is inserted on the front and back side of TYPEC, they find that the POL (the POL that controls the HD3SS3212) can issue normally. However, it is not a problem to plug and unplug typeC device systems when the POL is low. However, if the reverse plug (when POL is high) occasionally occurs and the USB device is not recognized, please check the circuit diagram for possible problems (common problem has been replaced with a chip like duplicate problem).
