I have a question about the HS200 selection flow of JEDEC eMMC 5.1

In the eMMC 5.1 specification, the host may changes frequency to 200 MHZ after It receives a valid response of command 13 from the card.

Does the card send a response to command 13 in High frequency? or still low frequency?
