DS100BR210: Recommended Thermal Junction Temperature + Clarification on Thermal Resistances

Part Number: DS100BR210

Hi all,

I am looking for some additional information regarding the DS100BR210 thermal characteristics, namely the following:

1. Recommended Operating Junction (Tj) or specifically the temperature at which full functionality is assured.

There is a spec given for recommended operating ambient temperature (85C) and Abs Max Junction (125C) for damage but does not assure full operation.

2.  Do you have any data for the RJC(bottom)  Junction-to-case (bottom) thermal resistance?

3. Can you verify that the  RJC(top)  Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance is 3.2 °C/W (section 7.4  Thermal Information)?

Thank you for your consideration on this request and I hope to hear back from you soon!

Sincerely,

Filipe Rubinstein
