I reached out to the quality team to see if they can provide the same report.

I was able to locate some of what you were asking in page 3 of this report.
I'll get back to you I hear back from quality. (I suspect they may take 24 hrs to reply to me).

Quality got back to me. It seems like they were only able to provide the same report that I provided in the prior e2e post. He suggested that I create an internal help ticket to fix the qualification summary tool since it's supposed to extract the data from internal sharepoints. It seems like the tool isn't recognizing the TCA4307DRG as a choice in the tool.
I'll try to submit a ticket to see if we can get this resolved.

I created an internal ticket to see if we can get this resolved. I'm not sure how long this may take since this is the first time I've done this type of ticket before. I suspect this may take 48 hours to get a response.

The customer is Hitachi. Why do you need an address?
The person assigned to the ticket stated they needed it to get the summary ready. I assume they wanted to attach a customer name to the request.
