MAX3222E: waiting time (T-delay) by internal charge pump starting time

Hi Team,

For max3222e, my customer wanna to confirm the waiting time (T-delay) by internal charge pump starting time when the (pwrdown) input is low to high.
The time when V + (V -) voltage reaches 5V.

Please find the attached picture.

I can not find this info in the datasheet, can you clarify this issue?

    Hi Frank,

    We don't have a typical value in our datasheet as the value can vary by a decent amount depending on user setup. The capacitors are going to impact this rise time and since there is a large variance with possible capacitors we don't specify this parameter in the datasheets - so we don't have have this data characterized for this device.
