TIC12400-Q1: SPI pin block diagram structure confirm

Part Number: TIC12400-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TCAN1145-Q1

Hello team,

Can you help confirm what is the internal block diagram of SPI signal inside the TIC12400-Q1?

Four signals: CS, SCLK, SDI,SDO, how do they connect each? pull up resistor to VDD or other structures?

You can see the SPI examples in TCAN1145-Q1 inside for reference.

Thank you so much.

Best regards,

Lanxi Li

  • Lanxi,

We can reach out to the original development team for this information. Please allow us a couple of days to get this information. Is this just to understand the initial state of these pins on power-up/not being used?

  • Hello Eric,

I am still trying to figure out the reason why they need this structure. But I believe it is related to their SCH design, their SCH fix will be in this week. So please check the with your team as soon as possible.

    Thks

  • Lanxi,

These structures are all push-pull and referenced to VDDIO. There are no internal pull-up or pull-down resistors internally.
