Regarding INH pin of the internal block diagram of TCAN11625-Q1, INH terminal is connected to gate of the FET.

I believe this is wrong.

INH pin must be connected to the drain of the p-FET like below, correct?

Hi Hirata-san,

Yes, this is an error in the datasheet graphic. The next datasheet revision will have a corrected figure showing the FET driving the INH signal to VSUP as shown in the TCAN1167 datasheet.
