It's our block diagram for NEW product ( like below picture)
As you see, It's for 4 camera input, and also I used the DS90UB960 chip.
And, It's work with 4 camera input.
Then, If I use only one camera in this state, ask what kind of problem it is ?

Also, I used the register 0x20 value's 0x08 and used the CSI-2 port1
Currently, I don't met any problem with 1 camera.
I means " Just asking if there will be a problem? " like your said.
( I heard that the DS90UB960 is for 4 camera input )
