Hello Shunsuke-san,

The Rjc is 19 °C/W. the max junction temp is listed in the datasheet of 150°C.

I was not able to find out Rjc on the datasheet. Could you please specifically list it?

It is not in the datasheet hence I have provided this number.

The max junction temp is listed in the datasheet as said.
