Hi team,

I want to know about AM26LS31 and AM26C31.

Do you have the trend of output impedance and drive current with temperature drift?
Since the datasheet spec a MIN/MAX value, I'd like to see how much it varies at low and high temperatures.

    Kengo,

    Due to the age of these devices, unfortunately we don't have that information readily available. Back in the late 70s, it was not very common to store large datasets that would allow for this kind of analysis. Instead, these validation efforts generally resulted in storing "pass" versus "fail" results across temperature.
