For a 5 V supply, the datasheet recommends different capacitors (C1 47 nF, C2...C4 330 nF).

Regarding the board layout, see section 9.4.

See Clemens's comment above. Also, based on your connection of FORCEON, it looks like you aren't using automatic power down since this pin is held high. This is fine assuming this is your intention.

In addition, we have problems before, and the glitch that sometimes occurs before the system is ready will cause the COM PORT device to be abnormal.

So we will pull the shutdown pin of the transceiver, we pull PIN 22 now, is it ok?

Ok, understood. Using just pin 22 is okay, I just wanted to make sure this was intentional, and it sounds like it is.
